The project consisted of a complete remodel of 24,100 square feet in the Eagle Gate Tower. Work included revising the mechanical and electrical systems, interior finish of restrooms, offices, conferences rooms, common space, lobby, elevator and exterior balcony. The end result is a beautiful show piece, representing Utah very well for the many out of town businesses the Governor’s Office of Economic Development invites to our state.
