A new 41,000 square foot two-story ambulatory health care facility. The building is Type IIB, non combustible construction with steel frame, concrete floors, E.I.F.S. and stone exterior with single–ply membrane roofing and metal roofing overbuilds, and VRF mechanical system.The multi-specialty clinic offers treatment in dermatology, ear, nose and throat, family practice, general surgery, neurology, pediatrics, pharmacy, radiology, lab and sleep disorders. An after-hours clinic is also open seven days a week.
