This mixed-use development in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah that will feature a diverse mix of housing anchored by a food hall, retail, and the next location for The Shop co-working platform. The project is a joint venture with Salt Lake City-based developer Giv Development, and was awarded following a competitive RFP process administered by the city. It is Domain’s first development both in the state of Utah and the western United States.
