Located within steps of the Frostwood Gondola, the prestigious $50 million Waldorf Astoria in Park City Utah is comprised of 265,000 square feet of elegant alpine design with 104 condominiums units. At the time of construction, this resort was one of only five luxury properties included in the exclusive Waldorf-Astoria Collection in the world. The building is comprised of composite beam & deck concrete slab system, wood framed four levels, massive timbers, real stone veneer, wood truss roof system with asphalt shingles and metal 4’ up on eaves. In addition there is a one level concrete parking structure - with approximately 100 parking stalls. A pool plaza, state-of-the-art fitness center, executive center, and a high-end luxury spa (The Golden Door), round out the resort amenities.
