Wadman Corporation is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to help supervise and direct manpower, equipment, and daily activities on commercial construction job sites. Working under the guidance of a full Superintendent, you will collaborate to prioritize work, enforce OSHA and company safety protocols, and ensure projects meet strict quality standards and timelines. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of commercial construction means and methods, strong proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, and the ability to effectively schedule, plan, and lead diverse teams. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, management experience in commercial construction, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining high ethical and safety standards

We are hiring skilled Carpenters to perform rough and finish carpentry, general labor, and structural modifications on commercial construction projects under the direction of site leadership. Essential duties include materials handling, site housekeeping, safely utilizing a variety of hand and power tools, and occasionally supervising small teams of laborers. Qualified candidates must have at least 12 months of carpentry experience, the ability to read blueprints at a craftsman level, and the physical capability to regularly lift 50 to 100 pounds and work in varied weather conditions. You must provide your own basic carpentry tools (such as hammers, levels, and wrenches) and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of OSHA safety standards.

Wadman Corporation is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to support our commercial construction sites. Reporting to the job site Superintendent, you will be responsible for performing manual labor, site cleanup, materials movement, and waste disposal. Core competencies for this role include the physical ability to perform strenuous tasks, lift up to 100 pounds, and work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day in diverse weather conditions. While no prior experience is strictly required, the ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn, the ability to safely operate basic tools and heavy machinery (like all-terrain forklifts and skid-steers), and a basic understanding of OSHA standards and project plans.
