This LDS Stake Center serves eight wards of young single adults in the community of St. George Utah. As the largest stake center in the area it houses 2 chapels, a double gym, 25 classroom spaces, 18 offices, 4 sets of restrooms, 2 full service kitchens and 4 lobbies. Construction included a wood structure with rock, EIFS, and a clay tile roof as well as value engineering change orders resulting in cost savings to the owner.
