The conversion of this 1957 health building into a state of the art justice court center was no small feat. Our skilled team renovated over 18,000 square feet of space, creating 2 new courtrooms, judicial suites and offices to house the court clerks and the Ogden City Prosecutor. The building also accommodates a central prison holding area (accessed from underground) and individual holding cells adjacent to each courtroom. Additional work involved a complete overhaul of the data systems to meet security and controlled access requirements, as well as a minor facelift of the exterior creating a welcoming civic entrance.
